2025年10月28日、髙井がJICAの道路維持プログラムで経済学講義を仏語提供しました。参加者は西アフリカのベナン、ブルキナファソ、カメルーン、コンゴ共和国、コートジボワール、ジブチ、ギニア、トーゴ、コンゴ民主共和国の道路官僚。
On October 28, 2025, Takai delivered an economics lecture in French for JICA’s Road Maintenance Program. The participants were road officials from West African countries, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Guinea, Togo, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
